ABOUT THE PROPERTY
ShipShape was originally acquired by its current owners in 2013. Since then the property has undergone major renovations to modernize and appoint every square foot of the house with top of the line furnishings.
With almost $400K dollars invested in renovations between 2014-2017 which resulted in an overhauled, modern kitchen in addition to a new foyer and bedroom. On the exterior, a new patio and pool were installed, with direct access from the lower level.
ShipShape resides in a quiet, yet enjoyable beach community known as Sandbridge and is less than half an hour to VA Beach. The location allows for residents to enjoy the perks of the ocean while also keeping a low profile in a serene atmosphere. The location cannot be beat.
